Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm · Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Closed Sunday. Calls placed after hours are returned the next business morning.
Have this ready
- The model and serial number from the data plate, if you can reach it. On a built-in unit it is usually inside the cabinet at the top left.
- What the appliance is doing, in plain terms, and when it started doing it.
- Whether anything was fitted, moved or worked on shortly beforehand.
- Your address and the district, so we can plan the day sensibly.
We travel to St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Anastasia Island, Vilano Beach, Palencia, World Golf Village, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Johns, Fruit Cove. Flat diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
Questions we are asked
Which appliances do you take work on?
Sub-Zero refrigeration only: built-in and integrated columns, undercounter drawers and refrigerators, wine storage units, and ice machines. We do not take work on other manufacturers, and we do not take work on cooking or laundry equipment of any make.
Are you allowed to work on the sealed refrigerant system?
Yes. Sealed-system work requires EPA Section 608 certification to handle refrigerant lawfully, and our technicians hold it. That covers recovery, evacuation and charging on compressor, condenser and evaporator faults.
When can I reach the shop?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed Sunday. A call placed after hours is returned the next business morning; we do not advertise a round-the-clock or emergency line, because we do not run one.
