How to read these
Each entry describes one visit: what failed, what was measured, what was changed and how the call ended. They are printed in the words they were given to us, under a first name and a last initial, and the ones that are less than glowing are printed too. A wall of nothing but top marks tells a reader nothing, and a van that has never had a part arrive wrong or a second call go out is a van nobody has ever used.
No entry below quotes a figure. What a visit costs is set out on the charges page, where it can be held against the invoice, and what happens afterwards is on the guarantee page. If a review describes what your own cabinet is doing, the page for that repair explains how the fault is found.

Our built in would not hold below fifty and the freezer frosted over. He traced it to a defrost control that had stopped advancing, fitted a new one, and stayed for a complete cycle to confirm.
